Important: a green result means the file matches the rules you entered. It cannot certify that a government office, school, employer or portal will accept the content of the photo or document.

Why a small file can still be rejected

Upload forms often check more than megabytes. They may require a particular extension, a minimum pixel size, a fixed aspect ratio, a filename pattern, or an unedited original. This checker exposes those mechanical properties before you spend time retrying the same file.

What this checker can and cannot see

When a check fails

  1. Read the failed property, not just the red status.
  2. Fix only that property with the matching Toolpia tool.
  3. Return to the original file and check the new copy again.
